What a nice touch--  a plant arrived with your expression of thanks!  Yes, the car is great, but more importantly, my encounters with your people were all positive.  Each was non-aggressive, helpful, and pleasant.  The day following my purchase, these people went out of their way to obtain an additional programmed ignition key for me.  I know that was "over and above" and it was greatly appreciated.  I've purchased probably 50 or more vehicles over the years; you can be assured my buying experience with your people and your company was outstanding.  I will do my best to recommend and refer Budget in the future.

Dear Mike,
 I wanted to send you a quick note to pay a thank you for all you have done for me.. and for the great experiences I had buying my 2006 Pt Cruiser. Earlier this year I visited a Chevy Dealer who advertised their "Credit card pay off plan" Checked out an HHR but when it came down to the figures-the deal well, I couldnt believe how they treated me. I sent a scathing note. You, however, treated me with respect and made a deal that worked for me. Even after the papers had been signed you didn't let me down. I was surprised to recieve a basket of plants but that made a big impression on me and my coworkers- then we coudnt find the 101- point inspection-  you ran it through the inspection again and fixed the items id discovered since taking delivery Wow~ Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou!Honestly I didnt think I'd be driving a new car off the lot that Saturday but it all worked out. BTW I sold my 1996 Camry and paid off a credit card so heck with (Dealer unnamed) I'll phase my experience with others and refer whoever I can.
